The resort at Bora Bora is set in the bay of Faaopore on the south coast of the island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia, 155 miles from Tahiti. With translucent lagoons, spectacular reefs, this Village is perfect for couples seeking an exotic and secluded destination.

Here you will find a delightful paradise of sand and coral, with traditional elegant Tahitian "fares" under shady palm trees. Situated on one of the island's rare white-sand beaches, along the crystal waters of the Pacific Ocean, you'll experience exotic Tahitian cuisine and culture.

Surrounded by this surreal beauty, this Village's decor fuses ultra modern with traditional Tahitian style. Noted Parisian interior designer, Christian Liaigre, borrowed motifs from island tattoos to accent furnishings. Lying at the edge of a lagoon in the Bay of Faaopore, the Club Med Village's 149 farés nestle in the centre of the coconut grove. are situated right on the beach, while others are slightly set back. All face the sea and have a terrace or balcony but there are no connecting rooms.

Dining
Club Med Bora Bora provides a restaurant, varied buffets and a bar including one open to midnight and a nightclub with a live band. The restaurant lies at the heart of the Village and offers breathtaking views from its open-air terrace.

Dining is one of the biggest delights at the resort, and the chefs excel in the variety and quality of food. There's a huge variety of cuisine with the emphasis on seafood, vegetarian and Polynesian style. Beer and wine are included free with the meals.

There are two bars in the village. L'Iru Bar by the main swimming pool overlooks the bungalows on stilts - the perfect venue to enjoy pre dinner drinks and snacks. Alternatively, watch the sunset over cocktails at L'Alouda Bar adjacent to the Kandu restaurant right on the edge of the lagoon!

Getting There - view map
From Papeete, enjoy a 60 minute flight to Club Med Bora Bora. Transfer is by water taxi to Vaitape Quay followed by a 15 minute coach trip to the village.
