Getting There
Hyatt Regency Coolum Resort is located 7km from Sunshine Coast Airport and 90km from the Brisbane domestic and international airports with travel time by taxi/car approximately 80 mins. Coach services operate from both airports at regular intervals to the resort.
Spa
Led by manager Nikki Wood, from Hyatt Aruba in the Caribbean, a team of fifteen therapists are waiting to escort you to your suite at the end of a pristine walkway. By the time you reach your guest suite, you are ready to surrender to the sensual surrounds as your sun spa commences.
Spas fall into one of three main categories: Sunrise (invigoration), Sunday (reflective) and Sunset (relaxation). Scrubs and lotions are matched to the mood. For the Sunrise spa The Scrub is ground Buderim coffee and Yandina ginger in a base of shea butter and sweet almond oil. This is complemented by a mask of pineapple and paw paw. Each spa room leads onto a private courtyard with deep baths for relaxation after your massage and scrub. The courtyards feature an Oriental arrangement of gravel, clivia, violets, water and stone, and provide a magical glimpse of the trees and sky at sunset.

As home of the Australian PGA Championship, Hyatt Regency Coolum's golf course is rated one of the top resort courses in Australia. Experience a unique blend of contrasting Coolum landscapes - from coastal holes adjoining the Pacific Ocean to the manicured fairways that drift through Coolum's groves of melaleuca and native bushland. Camp Hyatt® is the resort's childcare facility. As it is run by a team of qualified childcare professionals, parents can rest assured that their children are under expert guidance. Each age group has its own club with activities at Camp Hyatt including arts and crafts, music, story-telling, kite-flying, archery, swimming, beach activities, adventure playground activities, canoeing, theme days and more. All Camp Hyatt® sessions include snacks and light meals, subject to parent's approval.

"... I was immensely pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Coolum. The most outstanding thing was the service from all departments. Having 2 babies, we mostly stay in apartments but jumped at the chance to stay at a 5 star resort in a 2 bedroom villa. We had a lovely room, not perfect ( ie a bent lamp shade and 2 lights not working) but otherwise classy and relaxing. The service reminded us of why we were paying $350 a night. Nothing was too much to ask, they even jumped in a car to get some coco pops for my 2 year old when she innocently asked for it.
Did not want to come back to reality, a 5 star resort that doesnt rip families off with the only option of interconnecting rooms. Also has a kitchenette, 24 hour room service etc and a kids club with great staff and playground that takes from 6 weeks. Very impressed!!!
